Good but not as good as past shows
I was really looking forward to seeing Spiritbox for the third time, even splurging on excellent Lodge 22 tickets. Shocked and a little disappointed with the show this time, something seemed off. I wasn't sure if it was the revamped slower tempo he was playing his music to or if it was the Jack Daniels kicking in during the second half of the show, but the performance was lacking something.
His show was full of energy in past times, rocking like no other artist, but this time I didn't feel the same energy, and at some points, was a little disappointed.
In April, I'm seeing him again at Mohegan Sun. This time, I have Pit tickets and hope to feel more of that Spiritbox energy that made him famous. Hopefully, the Boston show was just a fluke.
